We ensure that the item for delivery is in proper condition.

User can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or user can contact our customer support team and AL DANA MEDICAL EQUIPMENT LLC will do the needful.

Product Conditions:

A product cannot be returned unless it is a defective, broken, faulty, leaking or not of satisfactory quality. Damages due to mishandling of product; products with tampered or missing labels; any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
